SILVER SKY Karbi Anglong and Meghalaya Ginger known for its unique characteristics like a distinctive pungency, heady aroma and less fibrous texture. It’s grown by farmers having Single Farm only. It has the highest oleoresin levels, gingerol content (like antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties). The GI tag ensures that the ginger is genuinely from Karbi Anglong region in Assam, India and it meets specific quality standards. This helps in protecting the product from being copied or produced elsewhere. Thus, limiting the quantity of the original product.
Meghalaya’s famous Lakadong Turmeric (Curcuma Longa), well recognized as one of the world’s finest varieties of turmeric known for its high curcumin content and eco-responsible methods of small-scale organic farming. We also have other varieties of Turmeric that are naturally grown.
Sourced directly from the fertile regions of Assam and Meghalaya known for producing high quality spices. It’s grown naturally by small-scale local farmers without the use of harmful chemicals or pesticides. Its quality, rich aroma, bold flavour, unique growing procedure, and favourable climate make it a premium-quality spice.
It has a higher Grain Light (G/L) weight ranging from 500 to 530, indicating superior density. All these make it a gourmet spice.
